How to update your billing/payment information
To update your billing information, just follow these steps, depending on your current payment method:
If you paid for your subscription via PayPal:
- Update your billing information directly with PayPal by logging in to your account at paypal.com .
If you paid for your subscription directly by credit card:
- Log into your account at DigitalScrapbook.com
- Visit your profile page by clicking on your profile picture in the upper-right hand corner of the site (see this screenshot for help)
- Click on the "manage subscription" found on the left-hand side of the screen below your big profile picture (see this screenshot for help)
- Then click on the "update billing information" tab (see this screenshot for help)
- There you can edit your currently saved credit card information.
- At this time it is NOT POSSIBLE to change from PayPal to direct credit card payment (or vice versa) via the update billing information tab. If you want to change from PayPal to direct credit card payment, or direct credit card payment to PayPal, you will need to contact us for assistance.
